Maximum Joy
This band of five is really fun and innovative for its time. Maximum Joy was known for their post-punk, reggae, soul, funk, and jazz sound. Hailing from England, and existing around 1972. The band also uses various vocal distortion techniques. Think Morris Day and the Time if lead by a girl, faster and more angsty.
